As a Dental Office Manager, you will be responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including patient and employee relations; management of marketing and communications efforts; scheduling patients for follow-up appointments; submitting dental claims to insurance; verifying patient insurance, and helping the Regional Manager to achieve overall results.
Our dental office manager will report directly to the regional manager and help set the tone when the practice manager is absent.

Specific Duties Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the dental office.
Help with staff assignments and activities following office policies and applicable laws.
Assist in meeting compliance with OSHA, state, and federal regulations Stay current with trends, legislation, and regulations in the dental profession Manage and update office computer systems.
Patient Management Oversee patient relations and handle patient complaints in the absence of the practice manager Help explain office policy to patients Help support staff as needed (i.
e.
, appointment scheduling, collections, insurance, etc.
) Monitor patient relations with regular patient satisfaction surveys.
