ADB is seeking a Level II Project Assistant to provide basic level administrative support for a wide variety of utility construction projects within our South region project support team.
This role is critical to the overall success of our Project Management team.
The ideal candidate will have general administrative knowledge, a high level of attention to detail, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Provides mid-level administrative support within the Project operations team, including but not limited to, QAQC of job packets, printing packets, creating customer call out lists, calling in locates, etc.
Provides mid-level support to Project Coordinators on Pre and Post project billing processes Assists with collecting, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on various items within multiple customer systems (Acas, Prism, Orca, etc.
) as requested Professional ability to communicate directly with customers, vendors, and subcontractors Proficient understanding of Coupa (AP System) processes; has the ability to approve invoices Proficient level ability to track material and permits on various project sites based on Work Order details Knowledge and ability to create Work Orders Proficient ability to create files within Google Earth and other various Geospatial software Basic knowledge and ability to read construction prints Ability to communicate directly with homeowners, business owners, etc.
on any claims and/or complaints; finds solutions to their issues/concerns Supports OSP Inspectors when needed on calling in Project locates Requests project job numbers and sets up the job numbers in various systems Performs general data into project tracking Database Supports multiple levels of leadership including Direct Supervisor, Project Managers, Executive teams, etc.
both in person and remotely utilizing various technology Follows through with tasks and processes until completion; ensures processes are complete with a high level of follow through and follow up Performs other position duties when requested SUCCESS FACTORS:

This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, copy/fax, and smartphones EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
1-3
years of administrative, data tracking, or project support experience required Previous experience working in a construction environment preferred High School diploma or equivalent required ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
